    Lisanne, I am rolling on the floor lauging my ass off at the TOM definition. NO WONDER I DIDN'T KNOW....It is one of those that is on a need to know basis and I was just dumb enough to ask. Guess I don't need to concern myself with that one too much. Thanks for the help...andrew

    Scott, I appreciate the explanation because I am not a math guru. I took the reduction from 25 to 20 units today and I will do the same tomorrow and challenge my doctor as soon as his office opens. Thanks again *andrew

    Couple more acronyms:
    LOL = laugh out loud
    LMAO= laugh my a** off
    BTW= by the way
    W/= with
    W/O= without

    That's all I can think of right now.

    TR, I'll do my best...but did I mention before starting this load period (the reason I am dieting), I was one meal away from not fitting into any of my clothes. I can't wait to take it off and have my clothes fit me again. This loading up is killing me...I can't button my jeans!

    I'd be willing to bet money on the fact that if you do this right, you'll be shopping for new pants within two weeks.

    I agree with Skinny. Here's a temporary fix for those pants that won't button. Take a rubber band, loop it over your pants button, put one end of rubber band through the button hole and then loop over the button again. Just make sure to cover that part of your pants with your shirt. Since your pants will fit again in just a few days, you should be able to throw out that rubberband in no time flat.

    That is awsome SD and TR. I think I will have to try that trick for today, but I can't get away with it at work tomorrow. So lets hope I melt away fast!
