Does anyone know where can I get a definition on all of the keywords used on these blogs?

I'm not sure what keywords you need definitions for but I'll try to help.

Andrew- you may be pleasantly surprised by how good shrimp tastes with lemon juice and salt as a dipping sauce.

and any others I may come across.

Skinny Dance, I've never been a salt lover but I do like a refreshing pucker of a fresh squeezed lemon.

Andrew - don't feel silly -- the acronyms become second nature...

TOM is "time of month" only applies to us females.

VLCD is "very low calorie day" -- when you are eating the 500 cals per day.

R2P2 would mean someone is on round 2 phase 2 (low calorie part).

I'm in Gilbert! Doing it on my own. Good luck to you! Lisanne

Thanks for stepping in lisanne. Those are the definitions all right. No offense but you may run across DH occassionally too. My understanding is that stands for "dumb husband". It could also stand for "doting husband" but either way, the H means husband.

I always think of DH as "dear husband" -- or DD as "dear daughter"...but being recently divorced I like "dumb" better!

There's nothing really wrong with the mix, it's just pretty concentrated, so it'll be tough to fine-tune things, if you need it.

A 200 IU dose (the max recommended) would be .2ml on your syringe, or 20 units. I'm injecting into my pectoral muscle and taking 130 IUs, which would be 13 on your syringe, or 13 units. It's not a big step on a mix that strong. The usual mixture is twice that amount of bac water, which reduces the strength by half, and you can get a little closer on your dose. Using that strength, my dose is just a little over 25 on my needle, and the max dose would be 40.
