SkinnyDance, I know you were one of the first to set off an alarm with me about the mixture and I give you props for that. I appreciate all of the advice I have received and I wish I had a contact number for my doctor today, but I don't. I think its kind of humurous that the label is for fertility treatment because as a guy I never would have thought about that. So at this point I've gone from concerned to alarmed and I don't know what to do. Should I take an injection today or should I wait?

TreeRadar, Thanks for the meaning of your name SkinnyDance liked it too, so I think we need to know what "SkinnyDance" stands for?

Knaegele...Thank you again for sharing your thoughts about the scale. I looked at the inexpensive plain white ones in the housewares isle at Fry's and they would certainly do the job and fit with my frugal lifestyle. I am just thinking a bit more advanced with the electronic scale. I am in a profession (not a drug dealer), when I am done weighing my food I could use a decent electronic scale for other purposes, then it wont be sitting around collecting dust. So I am with you on the simple needs, but considering the dual purpose aspect of it.

Andrew, don't be alarmed! That's what we're here for. I unfortunately take the homeopathic so I'm no help to you there but I'm sure someone else can pipe in and tell you how to take the 200IU dose vs the 250IU. Don't stop your momentum. That's at least my opinion (worth every penny you spent, right? LOL). : ))

Andrew- your dose is too high, but not insanely so. You're about 50 iu over, some people have had their doctor's put them many thousand iu over. Do you have more bac water that you could add to your vial and get to the #s Scott suggested? If so, do that and don't worry about consulting the doctor.

SkinnyDance= the skinny version of a happy dance! Also I'm a salsa dancer, so there's some meaning there too ;)

Andrew- I'd just adjust the dose to 200 and then you can alway up it if you only fill one syringe when you speak to your dr. There is no difference in the way you mix, just the way you fill and a little more or less won't really hurt you in anyway except for the hunger you will experience. Many of us have to adjust one way or the other. Also if you email me I will send you recipe books-htlheinz@att.net I am a realtor and with a crazy, busy on the road scheddule. Planning has been key for me. I do alot of pre-cooked shrimp, and I pre-cook enough chicken for the week on Sundays. Season 3 different ways- Turn grill back burner only- put chickn on front burner and let cook for 30 to 45 mins. easy and stays extremely juicy. Good luck

Kiange...I'm going to have to come by your house and eat (j/k). It sounds so delicious and it just so happens it is Sunday and I will be shopping at your Walmart in Anthem today. I used to live there on Pride Drive and will be heading up for a Superbowl/Birthday party later today. Enjoy you day...*andrew

Also Frozen shrimp in red bag 5.00 at walmart weigh it out snack size bags about 6 days of food , chopped onion and tomatoes toss the shrimp in cook till the shrimp is done, Food was the biggest thing for me too I use to do beer and wings every saturday nite. Spinache and romaine and chicken( I get precooked ) with diced strawberries and a squeeze of a lemon is good. I hope this helps. And do not forget the melba toast it gives ya something crunchy to eat.

SkinnyDance has a nice salsa ring to it. Unfortunately, among my many talents, dancing is certainly not one of them. My doctors office mixed my HCG for me and did not give me the left over bac water, so I can't even add to it if I wanted to. Do you think Walgreens might sell it? Following your and Tree Radars experience and advice I took my dose for today, but I reduced it to 20 units.

Tracy, I sent you my email address for those recipies I also keep it posted on my info page. I had one book sent to me by Katt yesterday, but I will take all I can get. My favorite foods in this world are Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Prime Rib and Chicken Parmesean. I don't know what I am going to do without any of these.

Kiange, I had steak, wings, fries, brocolli and beer last night at Native New Yorker. I am sure I will enjoy most if not all of those staples again today for Superbowl. But today is it! Its the last day of the old me. I do keep those extra large cooked shrimp you are talking about on hand. They are great in the horseradish cocktail sauce I wont be able to eat.

    Thanks all *andrew
