hula girl, are your 'pipes' moving well? I found I had a problem with gaining on those last three days without my dose also, but it seemed for me, like the issue was that all movement of my colon would just *stop* suddenly. So maybe try having some mag citrate to get things moving again if it seems like the same problem for you? I wouldn't apple or steak day until after your 3 days no doseage personally. I've tried it myself during that time frame, and it doesn't seem to work well then. Though I have been more successful with my first P3 day being a steak day.
