    Hi everyone, I've been reading so much on this site and just want to say that I'm excited about this program and that you all seem so wonderful, full of information and so friendly. I was hoping you could help me...I have researched old posts on these topics, but I'm still pretty confused. I'm trying to get everything together to start this, but am confused. I was going to buy from Fran's site, but it has been down for maintence. Does anyone know how much longer that will be? If it's not much longer I'd prefer to buy from her because I have no idea what to buy for supplies. If it's going to be awhile could someone help me understand what needles I should buy...I'm going to do the sub-q shots. Also, how much bac. water to buy, what kind of vials and mixing needles (did I forget anything? lol). Also one other question when you give shots in the thigh is it on the top or the outer part.
    Thank you so much for any help!

    I purchase the full kits from www.whenhealthmatters.com - they have complete kits with everything you need and with exact instructions on how to mix. At top of their website click the HCG Users Click Here - scroll down and read info, right now they are on vacation but someone is shipping out supplies when they receive their international shipments. The kits are all explained. I was really nervous and read almost every post on this site, I was so happy when I ordered from them and just placed another order. I didn't even check out other suppliers or their prices because I wanted a full complete kit without worrying where to get each item. Worth it!

    I buy needles (insulin needles 28 or 29 gauge) from www.gpzservices.com or www.allegromedical.com. we used to get the bac water from gpz but they quit carrying it so now you can get it at http://www.evotrition.com/626-bacteriostatic-water-30ml.html. A bottle will be enough if you mix like below:

    * 1,000iu vial - Add 2 ml bac water
    * 1,500iu vial - Add 3 ml bac water
    * 2,000iu vial - Add 4 ml bac water
    * 5,000iu vial - Add 10 ml bac water
    *10,000iu vial - Add 20 ml bac water

    And here is the amount you would draw for your daily dose. It is the same no matter what size vial you started with.

    .25cc = 125iu HCG
    .30cc = 150iu HCG
    .35cc = 175iu HCG
    .40cc = 200iu HCG

    Sorry a couple more questions, what kind of needle do I buy for my mixing needle? Also do I buy the clear glass vials to mix them in at gpzservices also?
    Thanks!

    Insulin needles, 29 or 30 gauge. And yes you need the vials too.

    Ok, so I don't need to buy a seperate "special" needle to mix, just use one of my insulin needles.
    Thanks so much for the help!
