    So, I'm three days into P3 and leaving for Mexico for a week in three days. Very nervous about doing this. I lost about 11 pounds on P2 and just don't want to gain it back. I know I can stick to high protein and veggies while I'm there, but am realistic to know that I'll have a couple chips with the guacamole (lots of guacamole and salsa) and a few drinks (rum or wine spritzers with Sprite Zero and white wine).

    Does anyone have any experience with alcohol on P3? A guesstimate of a guideline for not gaining? I know everyone is different... I'm just hoping that the workout facility at our condo has a scale. Otherwise, I guess I'll just have to go to walmart there and buy one. :-|
