I am preparing myself to start my first round around mid feb. I have about 85 pounds that I must definitely lose and maybe more depending on how I feel at my initial target weight. I know I will need to do more then one round and I was just wondering if P4 is really necessary for those doing subsquent rounds? Can I just do the 6 weeks in P3? I have PCOS and I'm insulin resistant as well, my endocrinologist has me on metformin so I need to avoid startches and sugars anyways to minimize the GI side effects of met. It is my hope that once I get to my target weight that I can say good bye to the met once and for all. TIA
