    My Mother-in-Law swears by this forum and says that you guys are the best!

    -I was wondering if you can wear mascara during the protocol?
    - Where is the best place to get the injections from?

    Absolutely! I wouldn't go out without my mascara. :-) Most of us order from www.alldaychemist.com. If you go to the search at the top and put in newcomer, there is a thread about how to order, etc.

    Most people ere buy their own hcg and mix and injection themselves. Or are you asking where to buy from?

    for the first time you might want to order a kit that has it all. youhcgdiet.com is one of the best places for that. I wear a full face of make up on P2 and actually have a 2nd job as a make up artist at MAC. I just change my foundation to a oil free for P2 and stick with minerals for the rest. I do use Mascara and don't change it up... Most of them don't contain oils.

    I'm new to the hcg forum and will be starting P2 this weekend. I've been religiously reading labels on cosmetics and body care products...trying to eliminate the oils.
    Yesterday, I was researching ingredients and found that Pureology Shampoo has Sunflower Seed Extract in it. According to Wiki, sunflower extract is an edible vegetable oil...not an essential oil. Is this ingredient on the Protocol?

    What about jojoba oil? It sounds like oil to me, but it's more of a wax and is inedible. I wonder about using soap and shampoo that include it.

    Finally, I can't find any definitive information on coconut oil. I understand it is good for us and it isn't "oil" at room temperature. Still, it IS an edible oil.

    I'm really confused and want to start off doing everything that will give me the best opportunity to lose body fat. Please give me your experienced opinions.

    I'm new to this HCG diet too and have a question.......I just started the HCG injections on saturday. We did our 2 days of loading then started the VLCD on Monday (yesterday) this morning my boyfriend was down 5 lbs but I was the same weight. Is this normal? I thought losing 1 to 2 pounds a day was the norm. I am also taking 15 mg of Phentermine to help w/ the hunger.
    Can I use my usual lipgloss or should I use the chapstick I have that's made of mineral oil?
    Can I use SPenda as a sweetner? I was told NOT to use Equal?
    How much should I realistically expect to lose in the first week?
    I bought the whole kit for our first 23 day round and want to buy more of just the HCG, canI buy the injection form of it from www.alldaychemist.com?

    I'm getting ready to start as well, waiting for drops to arrive, and have been implementing some of the protocol now. I just got a great deal on The home shopping channel (canada), a 12 piece set of Pur Minerals make-up (really nice stuff!) for $69! worth over $250. so I will be using that, but other than that, I'm not going to change a lot as far as beauty products. I'm far too vain to let my hair go crazy & let my skin get flakey, lol. I know I might lose weight faster if I do but if I can't lose weight on the drops & 500 cals a day alone then I'm meant to be fat A think. Don't get me wrong, I will be checking lables & will be changing a lot (just bought toms of maine toothpaste & crystal deodorant) but give up my MOroccon Oil??? You'd have to pry it from my cold dead hands first! :)
