Hey, everyone. I just finished my 2 day load today and i have a couple questions for everyone. What products do you guys suggest as far as soap, lotion, and face wash? Also, this is my first time doing this diet and i am using a homepathic HCG but i would really like to use the "real" stuff but I dont know where to get it and if it's actually the real thing. Has anyone ordered the injections online?

Becca, I have really dry skin and really dry hair. I use a super-moisturizing hair rinse (something I buy from my hairdresser) and I use Mary Kay cleanser (formula 1, for dry skin) and Mary Kay Extra Emollient moisturizer, the "pink stuff." I've been using Mary Kay for about, oh, 35 years. It hasn't affected my diet. Believe me, I worried about it.

Furthermore, I'm using the homeopathic under-the-tongue hCG. As far as I can tell from the weigh-ins, it works just as well as the "real" stuff and it works just as well as the injections. As far as injections for me...HELL no! There is no way! I have a hard time getting a blood test!

I'm new also and I was just wondering if it's absolutely pertinant that you eat 500 calories a day or could you actually eat less?

Becca, I don't know the brand, but I ordered the drops from yourhcg.com. I started R1P2 "officially" on 1/4/10 and lost 7 lbs. after about 8 days, and then I cheated until 1/17, when I started again. Altogether, I've lost 12 lbs.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I forgot about it!

becca and caraface23: Have you read Pounds and Inches in its entirety? If not, you really need to read it, or re-read it. There is a link at the top left hand side of the screen, look down to the 4th BLUE link and it will take you to it.

Additionally, if you use the Search bar at the top of this screen and put in "Newcomer" it will bring up a lot of good resources for you to read. You can also use the search bar to find out other information such as "hhcg" or "homeopathic" too.

I second new2this' post. It is so very important that you read Pounds and Inches (at least several times) so that you have a good understanding of the entire protocol and your success will be so much better.
