Ok so I hope I don't offend anyone here but I just have to ask this... I woke up this morning, weighed myselg, and found that I gained .4lbs. WHAT??? So I know I didn't cheat food wise but....anybody know anything about the KY Brand 2-in-1 Tingling stuff??? Hubby and I used some last night and so I am wondering if that is what the problem is. ugh I'm so embarrased to ask this but it's all I can think of...

that would fall into the same category as lotion, but probably even worse because they have petroleum jelly in them. :) did you read in the protocol about the guy who had a glass eye? he used an ointment to put it in every day, and that caused his weight to stall.

but- unless you have a very expensive scale, it could also be due to it's inconsistency (see a post i did on scales).

Personal lubricants should NOT contain petroleum jelly - they are supposed to be water based and water soluable. I'm at work, and I just checked out the lube I use for transvaginal exams - I'm an ultrasound tech. Stick with a basic KY while on the VLCD, you should be ok. :)

    joeNval,
That's a great question. My husbund was wondering the same thing. I thought we wouldn't use it, but you are right since it's water base, I guess it's fine:)))
    Thanks!

Pure Romance makes a great water based lub. Just my two cents.
