    Meg, good for you, don't know how you do it dealing with that hunger. Even with a full dose i was hungry on the third day and had to start eating!

    Annette, i am waiting until i am more recovered from the flu, which will probably be around then too.

    Ellie, that is awesome! I remember eating a can of mac nuts when i started P3 and same thing, no gain. If you read Primal Body Primal Mind you'll get a good understanding of why that is working so well for you. And think how healthy you'll be the rest of your life!

    Esenberg~ I had some in my hand the other day when I was at walmart. My daughter hates them and that naturally made me want to get them...something I could have to myself. Anywho, I didn't get them b/c I would be tempted to try one while still on P2.

    Annette~ I am glad to hear you behaved yourself for once. LOL

    Amy~ did you try it this am? I'm really wondering how the vanilla taste with coffee...hmmm

    Meg~ have a homemade cheeseburger for me!

    You know what....Amy and Meg are a bad influence on me:) I am so tempted to say to heck with it and finish up, just lose the last few when I tone up. I am trying to hang in there.

    I enjoyed my breakfast yesterday. Plus, I had an akins almond crunch bar. Then the turkey salad for dinner. Oh, I did cheat with a couple of spoonfuls of strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The funny thing is that after my workout and having water my weight was .4 over what it was on Sat. Now, I really can't wait to weigh in b/c I should be about 2lbs below what the scale said. Naturally you gain after a workout and water/food. You know it is killing me to know my true weight but I will stay off the scale until Sat. I think:(

    Tee hang in there girl it will be over before you know it, and then you can once again enjoy P3, I honestly really like P3

    Yeah, I DID try the protein mix with my coffee this morning and it was FABULOUS!!!! I used 6 oz of coffee and 3 tablespoons of splenda with it and mixed it with my hand mixer, poured it in a big ol' cup, and OMG it was like having a Latte!!!! =D Thank you so much for sharing that with me. I know how I'll be getting my protein in for sure! I still really like that other brand with the strawberries though lol! I might go get some more of it to and just use the body fortress in my coffee.

    WELL... VLCD 22 (and hey, I'm only cutting my drops off one day short) ... I'll take my last drop tonight. =P I did the waffle house thing, checked ingredients in the omelet and all, and probably shouldn't have had the "philly steak" one... probably why the scale didn't MOVE yesterday to this morning even though that's the only thing I ate. I'm steady 135. I WANT that to be my ceiling. I'm going to be oh so so so good this evening and cross my fingers for a GREAT loss in the morning so I can have an LIW that makes 135 my ceiling!!! I can't wait for P3. I love P3 :) I'm soooo making that strawberry pie this weekend someone posted... ain't kidding yawl.

    Amy~ that sounds yummy and I'm glad you like the coffee:) Yes, you ladies are twisting my arm!

    Meg~ the body fortress has more sugar than the jay robb but I can't remember exactly what it is at the moment. i'm going to make a shake in the min and will post the info then.

    I bought one online from GNC, plain flavor and has zero sugars and 2 carbs I think I still had plenty left from P3 first round, after P3 I went back to using my regulary GNC whey protein.
