    Ok so whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right?? LOL bad bad girl :) stopped at Dennys on the way here ate some bacon, eggs, sausage and yes some pancakes with syrup ooops but I behaved for the rest of the drive & ate my 2 slices of american cheese, broc, carrots, mac nuts but now I'm having me a viente white mocha:) now off to dinner. Did you guys know they have a 2 story )ouie here! I'm so there tomorrow!

    Amy, I bought the body fortress protein today. I got the cookies and cream. Hopefully my husband will like it in his coffee. Because I poured the nasty stuff in the sink.
    I much prefer the Jay robb vanilla egg protein. It's more expensive But at least I like that. I made clam dip for Superbowl sunday. I realized cream cheese and clams were all p3 acceptable. Maybe not the tortilla chips But by golly my dip was!!!!!

    Went rouge! I made a mini-muffin tin full of cocoa crack (1T in each) and I had one! Saw on you tube that some people have this everyday! I was willing to try! Yummy! If it doesn't work, I'll have to hide the other 23 T at my parent's house!

    Lol Tee I didn't cheat to bad :) I'm determined not to just let go! I don't want to start the next round to much over LIW!! Thank God for buffets because there are a lot of P3 friendly foods there to help me :) ok I'm off to get in the shower to take Elmer for labs then walking the entire strip today there is so much to see & do. Of course I need to find the 2 story )ouieV too lol :) have a great day!

    okay ladies, I have come to this thread b/c you all seem wise and I know that u can help me. I went to a superbowl party, lost my mind and ate like crazy. I have been "by the book" thru P2, so far and than just lost my mind. Water under the bridge, but up 3 lbs this am weigh in. So my question is what should I do today... fast just drink tons and tons of water, do only a protein day? Any advise to help reverse my damage? Thinking about my am coffee, maybe I should skip it too =(

    OK, Annette you and i are psychically connected bc i had pancakes too yesterday. Except you will probably lose weight is the difference while i have gained 2.6. But i'm super puffy and barely ate the rest of the day after those pancakes. Dr. S was right about that -- if you eat a big meal after having been on the hcg diet, you don't feel like eating much after that for a while.

    Coloradoblue... I cheated massive on Friday night and was also up three pounds the next morning =( I punished myself and ate NOTHING all day Sat.... Yesterday I had an omelet and protein shake and I'm back down. I lost 3 days for that cheat. I'd say just jump back in there hard core with lots of protein. Me not eating at all Sat. probably was NOT what I should have done, rather, ate some protein and been done with it. But I was mad. LOL!

    So ladies! I couldn't find the cookies and cream Body Fortress at Walmart! I purchased the vanilla. It just seems watery to me and blah. I mean... i'll drink it lol. But that Carb Solutions shake was sooooo much tastier! Not as cheap either and I'm so not forking out the $ for Jay Robb... yeah I'm a cheapskate. Which is why I'm not wasting the body fortress lol! How can I make it thicker without messing up the calorie content? Anyone tried it with skim milk?

    I'm about onto P3. Pisses me off because my cheat probably cost me from reaching the 129 goal =( damn. I'm going to REALLY work the P3 and hook up the protein and start exercising again! I can't WAIT! I should have used some income tax money to get an elliptical, but yeah.... I have credit card debt to pay off and I found an amazing deal on a front loader washer & dryer (used - 3 yrs old 650 for the pair!) so yeah... we know where my priorities are.

    I think I'm taking my last drop tomorrow night *cries* ... so that Friday night I can be in P3. I'm NOT FREAKING DOING ANOTHER WEEKEND ON P2!!!!! You guys see why I couldn't contain myself & cheated right? Yeah I'd do it again if I went another weekend on P2 as well. I am HAPPY in P3. I need the cocoa crack recipe and I'm going to make it Friday yepyep! Mug cake - another up and coming joy =D Ain't it funny how I do just fine through the weekdays and don't give a shat about food until the weekend hits.... =P

    All & all, I am semi-happy with my weight. I'm super duper pissed that I'm barely below LIW of my R1, but hey - I did it to myself. I guess if I take my last drop on Tuesday night my LIW will be whatever the scale says Wed. morning, right?

    Colorado - I personally would only eat high protein today! Are you in P2 or P3? Hopefully all my rogue buddies will chime in on this for you :) what's done is done so just move forward & hopefully that gain will come off quickly for you!

    Elaine - LOL we are to much a like I swear! I don't know if I gained because I left the scale at home but I felt bloated last night & like I was retaining water. My own fault that is for sure! Getting Elmers kabs done right now then we will be walking around most the day so hopefully all the walking helps. I plan on trying to just eat as close to P3 as possible today & tomorrow then mini load on Wednesday. I think you may be up a little from being so sick to!!
