I will have to try THIS milkshake. I tried the one that had spinach in it. Oh dear. I ate it, but it took some effort. This sounds good for a chocolate fix, but I think I will take out the cocoa and put in some strawberries for a change of pace too.

Thank you so much for the recipies Two Angels! Can I ask, what is the other forum site you belong to? I am so glad beestly started this thread....I have to admit, I totally cheated last night. My son and his fiance came over with steaks, asparagus with butter and garlic, fresh rolls and spinach salad with REAL dressing...I ate a little of all of it. I actually stepped on the scale this morning expecting to gain 3 lbs but stayed the same weight. Couldn't believe it. Maybe it was a freebie or I will pay for it tomorrow. Either way, it was a nice evening with my kids and I tried not to feel too guilty. Oh, did I mention I also had a piece of strawberry shortcake and some whipped cream....:) back on track now.

Yes, I started going to the other site a few days ago to check out "cycling" thanks to a few people on this site who dared enough to post about it. Everything about this protocol is not "black and white," and I like to ask questions about the gray areas. But gosh, sometimes I felt like a spanked child after reading some of the responses so ventured off elsewhere.

But now that all you rebels have come out of the closet, I feel at home again!

I'm just a "rogue wannabe" at present, though, cause I am still within protocol having taken a 2-week break on my first round. Still reading up on the cycling theory and haven't made a decision on that yet.

I have enjoyed reading your posts. I'm very nervous about straying away from the protocal but think I might like to try the miracle noodles. This is my first time and I'm only on VLCD16. I have not strayed once but I want to go longer than the 40 injections and I'm on the hcg. I am skipping every 7th day and do not want to do this twice. I think I'm going to be pretty close to my goal weight so needless to say I don't want to do it again for 5 to 10 pounds. Any experience? I noticed releasinglbs is on day 90ish but is doing the releana. Any imput would be really appreciated.
    Thanks so much!

Adipoze~ it is funny you use that term b/c that is sure what I said on Facebook today, I was coming out of the HCG closet. LOL The funny thing is when I said something to other people here they started to tell me more about cycling. They have stabilized fine.

There is someone here, that I won't name, that did a 63 day round using injections and has stabilized fine. She had no immunity issue and she did skip days.

And since you are only on VLCD 16, you are too early in the game. You may not feel like going longer once you get there.

Cheating and going rogue are two different things. LOL Cheating is slipping up then getting back on the wagon. going rogue is totally not following the protocol on purpose. And warning to any newbie reading this thread. You follow some of the stuff on here to the hazard of losing a satisfactory amount of weight and stabilizing afterwards. I don't understand why anyone would WANT to go rogue, quite honestly. Come on, this protocol is the EASIEST THING OUT THERE! I've never seen weight loss like this. And it's STABLE for most people. You can do anything for 40 days. Are we wimps or do we have a backbone? So what if the diet is boring? that's half our trouble. We love the taste of food too much. This is the perfect time to break that addition and get a handle on the novel idea that food is fuel not comfort.

So go rogue if you want to, but this has been too life changing for me. I'm not going to mess with success.
