Soo the cocoacrack & the restraunt chicken from 2 nights ago did not affect my losses neither did the miracle noodles I ate last night. I was down 1.4 this morning :o) Today is vlcd4 & including my loading gain I am down 7.6!!!! I am officially 2.2 under my LDW from last round! That was my goal to get under my LDW in the first 2 days & I did it even with a few modifications.

I really am going to have to try the cocoa crack tonight and see how I do. I bet I'll be one of them who can have it. Every time I've had it in the evening on P4, I've woken up lighter. Guess I'll report in the morning!

Ok, let me start confessing my sins. I eat macadamia nuts or pepitas on slow days. I am currently cycling to make it to my goal weight. Coco crack aka chocolate delight doesn't work for me. I think the prob is the fact that I don't have a gallbladder. I got gallstones after I lost 40lbs using Adipex. I am dying to try an egg day even though it is only to be used in place of an appleday. This site isn't the only hcg forum I belong to. I eat P2 friendly desserts...pound cake, brownies, chocolate smoothies, etc. I got the recipes off the other site. Ok, that is a start

Margie~ the one I have has glycerin and from what I read on this site it is ok. I haven't had any issues with it and you only use a little bit

you sure it doesn't have petrolatum? i have the same kind, and got that info off the neutrogena site.

can you post your P2 desert recipes?

did you mean to say "steak day" instead of "apple day"? apple days are for P2, steak or egg days are for P3.

Margie~I'm positive. I have the fragrance free. I read the box when I was at the store and then I check it again when I came to see if glycerin was ok.

No, I really mean an egg day. I found out about it on another site. You do that on P2 instead of an apple day.

    brownies/cake

    3 egg whites
    cream of tarter
    cocoa
    splenda
    stevia
    vanilla

I will do this differently next time but this time this is what I did:

    2 eggs separated
beat whites with pinch of cream of tarter until stiff peaks
    then
added 2 tablespoons of hersey's unsweetened cocoa
added 1 tablespoon of black cocoa- unsweetened
    1 T of spenda-
    1/2 package of stevia
I folded it in, but my whites lost their peaks, so I cracked open another egg and beat it to stiff peaks and folded the other mixture into my 3rd peaked egg.

I sprayed a small casserole bowl and baked at 300' F for 20 minutes. I checked it with a cake tester at 15 minutes.

    Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce/Syrup

1 cup of "Just Like Sugar" - 0 calories (1 cup = 1 cup sugar in sweetness)

    1/4 cup of un-sweetened cocoa powder - 55 calories

    Mix well in bowl

    Add:

    1/8 cup of water

    1 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla

Mix well --- it will start to thicken up quite fast. Add more water at the rate of 1/8 teaspoon at a time until it becomes a syrup texture.
