lis, to be a true rebel, try eating your children. Ok just joking, my kids are driving me crazy right now. Told them they had to clean up after dinner and do the dishes because my hands are so cracked and bleeding and I left them to it and came to the computer. I can hear them arguing right now. Oh well, I'm not coming out.

I think Releasing is doing Releana. Releasing?

On Releana we don't have to take a break, supposed to be able to go until we reach our goal, or want to be done.

Rocky~ I was having the same issue with my hands until I tried Neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream (fragrance free). It has no oil and my hands heal withing two days. They were bad and everywhere I went people were making recommendations. I got it from walmart for $3something. The best three dollars I've spent in awhile

two- bob from whenhealthmatters likes people to dilute their shots and use 1 cc. but there's no physiological basis to say that it is absorbed better than .5 cc.

Thanks twoangels, My hands are killing me and all I use is baby lotion and it isn't enough. I've been ok until this week but for some reason it has gotten really bad. I'll have to try that.

I ate 4 kalamata olives tonight at supper. Part of me wonders about a diet where 4 olives could throw you off, but here I am giving it a shot anyway!!

    They were really good olives.

Man you guys have been busy since I was on here this afternoon!! I am seriously considering buying some of that sugar free cake someone was talking about!! For some reason this round I am having issues with that early on! The cocoacrack was so good yesterday but I didn't want to do it again today because I ate my noodles for dinner tonight :o) lets see what the scale brings in the morning. Since the transplant hubby can't have soda anymore (post transplant diabetes - hopefully it goes away when the steroids ago away) anyway he has been drinking diet pepsi zero I am so wanting to just grab it from him, run away with it & chug it down :/ I didn't feel this way so early on in last round just at the end. So I know I may have to make a few more modifications & just see how my body handles it. If i still lose it stays, if I stall or gain it is gone.

Psjack - I am curious your doing IM right but the syringe markings would they be the same as other syringes? I started out taking 30 now I have increased it to 35 (which I have been told is 175??) but I am still hungry a little more than I was last round on the hhcg. I have been told that everyone does around 200 but I am not sure if that is what you are doing??

Ok I am going to bed before I go eat that reeces cup I know is in that cupboard in the kitchen :/ I'm not going to be that rogue LOL - unless it was sugar free!
