I am on day 7 on vlcd and have lost 7lbs. I have'nt been able to tell a difference in my clothing. How many lbs does one loose before they can tell a difference?
about 20 or so per size I think is the norm. I lost 35 and am still wearing the same clothes although they are very baggy and I am probably a size smaller, Just don't want to spend the money yet as I start another round Feb 1
i didn't notice that much size difference while in P2- but i did while in P3, even though not losing then. it takes a while for the weight to re-distribute. it's happening so fast that the body doesn't have time to catch up like it would if you lost that 7# over a month's time.
I Was Totally Going To Ask This Same Question! I Have Lost Ten Pounds But Haven.T Lost Anything As Far As Inches Go! Not Even A Fourth Of An Inch! It Is Very Discouraging!!:_vti_cnf:
cheryl, I have been taking my shots in my thighs and deltoids, as is my daughter. we are losing evenly. Neither of us seem to be losing anymore in one area than another in relation to the shots.
In fact, my daughter pretty much stayed with only one of her thighs and it is no smaller than the other one.
I think if someone notices a weight lose in the area of injection, it is probably just a coincidence.
I went from size 8-10 to size 2-4 in p2... I really noticed a difference, I also have worked out my whole life though... I also started working out in week three of p2 my first round... I went to the gym and did a full body weight workout with jump rope and running in between sets, I would walk at the beach, run a little and also did yoga flow... will start working out this week this time in P2 and that will be my 2nd week of VLCD See what happens...
I think light weights will help build muscle and walking is very good or light yoga but I am NOT an expert
So I have a couple questions... I am just ending TOM and i have been jugling between 204-206. I am on my 14th day of SQ injections and have only lost btwn 9-11lbs. Does TOM affect a stal at all? Also I don't feel like I am losing like everyone else seems to be. I HAVE NOT cheated and have kept the diet on track! What should I do?
Also, I am new to this and doing it with no doctor. What exactly does P3 consist of?
