    Here's my FAST shrimp soup:

    3 oz cooked shrimp
1 cup fat free chicken broth
3.5 oz veggie - best is frozen broccoli or brussels sprouts sliced thin
    1 tsp Bragg's Aminos
    dash tabasco
1/8 tsp Southwest Spice by Penzy's
    Sea salt
    Microwave for 5 minutes, done!

I ate this almost every night, and lost 33 lbs in 38 days. Good luck to everyone!

so what is the deal with onions.. the recipes call for it on top of the veggies.. so what's up with that?? i honestly dont see myself eating chicken and a side of onions.. so can i mix them with lettuce or cook with them AND have a side of veggies on the side too?

i was addicted to big fugi apples until i tried my strawberry sorbet. Take 10 or so frozen strawberries. In a magic bullet or cuisenart mini chopper or blender, add them. then add enough water or seltzer to get it blending. Keep blending till the color lightens up and it looks creamy. I add a pack or 2 of sweetner and my tbls of milk. it gets to be a huge portion, quite filling and so delish.
