    I got my scale at Bed, Bath and Beyond and then used the 20% coupon or a $5.00 coupon on it. Can't remember which it was. It wasn't real expensive and it is a Biggest Loser Scale. I am guessing it is pretty accurate. They also had others to choose from but I didn't want to spend a lot of money.

    The digital scales are in the hardware section at walmart. Did you look there?

    I got a digital food scale and bath scale at bed bath and beyond... If you would like some Phase 2 recipes email me at htlheinz@att.net, I have 3 cookbooks that I would be happy to share. I was really tired the first week but my Dr's protocol didn't call for loading so that's probably why and yes it did subside. Now I know better and will load for R2

    I got a regular kitchen scale at Walmart for $8.96. It looked like a good scale. I'm excited but very skeptical about starting since January is both my birthday and my husbands. But, I will always find an excuse in every month so it's time to take action and get this weight off......And, like I read in another thread in this forum, it's only 40 days....I owe that to myself....I can eat birthday cake some other time, when I'm thin!!!!!!!

    You are right, there will always be reasons to wait. So glad you are starting. My 11 yr old's birthday and my husbands and Christmas and New Years AND valentines day! are all in my round.

    Oh, well. We enjoyed their birthdays, I will enjoy christmas and new years and my husband has to buy me something other than candy on Valentines day!

    It's worth it everytime I look in the mirror and I am smaller!!

    Hey-
    im still reading into the hCG and want to all the advice i can get on it!
    *is the oral better than the shots?
    *wheres the best place/cheapest to get the hCG in either form
    *are you doing it on your own or with doctor aid?
    and just a rough look at the process of how this works. i know theres a load period (not sure how long still reading lbs and inches, work a lot) and then the shots for up to 40shots or 30-35lbs, then a 6 week wait then repeat for (in my case i think) 20 shot session. whens the best times to take the dossage?
