Hello everyone -- its been a few days cause I've been on the road. I sure miss reading this forum twelve times a day!!
So what the heck: I take my scale with me, weigh myself at 5 am (as usual) and I'm 2 lbs UP. What? I didn't do anything bad, no cheats, no nuthin! But I'm seriously upset for the next few hours. Drink some water, yadda yadda, nothing really.... weigh myself at 10 am. And I'm down a pound. Now how does a scale DO that? Luckily, the next day I was down another pound so I'm trusting the number... until I get to my brother's house and will use his scale to verify.
But my main question is this: how come if you DO cheat, you GAIN versus just not lose? Not a huge cheat where you should gain a pound, but just not being true to protocol. What is it in the HCG that makes your body hold on to everything; water, calories, etc. Cause, logically, that's the only thing I can come up with.
Other than that -- I'm a happy camper (figuratively and literally) and down 13.5 lbs in 16 days. I'm thrilled with my new body -- haven't seen this one is decades!!
Hamp PS: If I don't reply quickly, its cause I don't have wifi where we end up for the night ...
I have no idea why the post was there that many times. But I'm connected wifi and it could have hiccuped while sending it -- the page did 'hang' when I sent it. Damn cyber gremlins; can't live with em, can't shoot em.
well it could be just the traveling that got to you some people will retain water from air flights, change in hours slept etc.... see where you are tomorrow and stick to protocol all should be good also change in allitude since your camping...
Yeah - I'd think it was travel but I'm in a motorhome, not a plane. And sleep -- heck, on HcG I get 4 hours and I'm done. So what about "But my main question is this: how come if you DO cheat, you GAIN versus just not lose? Not a huge cheat where you should gain a pound, but just not being true to protocol.
