i know we arent supposed to have oil but i use a tiny spray of regular Pam (no flavored ones) so my food does not stick to the pan, i mean like a tiny spray, i hold down on it for not even a second. any thoughts? and what is everyone doing so their food doesnt stick to the pan when grilling? i have a large square calphalon grill pan.

Pam isn't on protocol so I don't use it, I use a little bit of broth or water and nonstick pans

A little broth or water does the trick. I use my George forman grill for most everything...its a dream...non stick and makes cleanup a cinch. I have the one with removable grills. Unfortunately as you suspect pan is not allowed :o)

Oh so I can use low sodium chicken broth? Cool. I know Pam is not on the protocol but a lot of people on here mentioned having a little of this or that and have still lost so I will try the broth and occasionally use Pam if necessary. Thanks guys :)

make sure you read the ingredients, most i have seen have sugar or oil.

I found one that doesn't, can't remember the brand.
