I was wondering how many days you did in your P2 rounds?

My first round was 28 days. I only waited 4 weeks between round 1 and 2. I planned to do a 23 day 2nd round, but ended up going 28 days due to TOM coming right when when my round was ending. I will being doing my final round in January sometime. That gives me 8-10 weeks between round 2 and 3.

Oh okay my first round was only 22 days of injections because thats all my doctor gave me he said it was only 22 days of injections ,I will make sure he corrects that this next round, and I had done a cleanse 1 week before I started and lost 4 pounds, I had for some reason thought I lost 15 on my first round but in reality it was 10, and a total of 14 including the 4 from the previous week. Anyway I'd love to get to 125 on this next round. (My ideal weight is 118-121 according to the charts) but I'm thinking it's going to take me a slightly longer round, but I don't think I'd last to 40 days that's for sure! 28 and maybe 30 might be tuff, mostly for the fact that I can't use lotions or conditioner, lol. But I'm going to try the facial lotion u used that may help a lot also. So I guess I'm looking to lose at least 12 #, wow I wonder what I'd look like! Anyways your pictures were so inspiring. I hope to be able to lose in my middle section the most, it's pretty thick due to family genes, lol. I lost a lot of back fat and thighs. I noticed on your blog that you drank chocolate yerba mate, can you drink that in P2?

I started out to do 40, but thats pretty tough mentally, and the losses get so slow. I would like to get to 135 next round. That would be 16.8 lbs. I would probably have to go at least 30-40 days to do it. I would be happy with 140 or less :) I am hoping my thighs get it this time!! Lucky you! Thanks for the compliments. I am glad I took them so I could see how far I had come. I drank that tea on both rounds with no problems. I also drank jay robb protein shakes my second round and did fine.

where do you get these tea's? And what facial lotion did you use?

I use oil of Olay 100% oil free moisturizer. I use PUR minerals makeup and have for the last 8 years. Corn huskers about once a week for the body.
I got my teas at health food stores. Good Earth or Whole Foods.

yerba mate sux...but its suppose to help with weight loss right? id rather have chamomile tea but i dont like tea at all really can i do this without ANY tea?

Yes you don't have to drink tea if you don't like it!

Good! I can't drink tea on an empty stomach. It came back up about 10 minutes later, and that's not fun on an empty stomach either! Does that mean I can eat again?
