Cool! Fresh Bison, it comes frozen here in Las Vegas from OK. Asian markets are plentiful here. I'll check out the noodles.

Also need advice regarding my first day of no shots for P3.

I weighed my self at 6am and saw I had a 2 day stall.
So, I ate an apple thinking I would do an apple day...weighed again at noon and saw I had a 1# loss.
My question is do I do the Apple day or eat the 500 cal diet?

    Thanks gals!

    jen-
I ate the same thing every day. Chicken for lunch, beef for dinner. I consider my diet a successful one. I reached my goal weight.

    Jen,
Beef makes some people stall and Dr. S. pointed out that our beef is much fattier than european beef. He suggested veal instead, but I dont like veal.

So I dont chance it, I eat chicken, fish, and shrimp.

I know people who eat it and do just fine, but I havent taken that step.

I was able to buy ground beef that was 96/4%. That's the beef that I ate. It had very little fat. I wouldn't have eaten beef if I couldn't get it that lean.
