    Hi everyone! I am new to this diet and have loved reading everyones posts! This will be a huge advantage to be able to come here for answers as I go.

    My question is about mixing 10,000 units of HCG. I followed instructions I got off line and am now worried I did it wrong. I mixed the 10,000 units with 20ml of bacteriostatic water. My husband and I are both using it. We had wanted to start out at 150 per day. We have the syringes that are measured in units. We had read that to get 150 per day, we would go to .3 units for injection. I have learned that the smaller units are better to order and will remember that in the future, live and learn I guess. Any advice anyone has would be great! Thanks!!!

    You did it exactly right.

    10,000 IUs divided by 20 mls gives you 500 IUs per ml.

    500 IUs times .3 gives you 150 IUs per injection.

    You'll have enough for both of you to get 28 shots out of the bottle, with a tiny bit left over.
