    Katz, anyone, please please help. I just can't stop my diet. I am to have a colonascopy(sp) in 2 1/2 weeks. I think I can get all the food worked in before and after the procedure (your opinions), BUT I must start antibotics tomorrow ! 3 large ones, daily for 10 days ! Will this destroy my last 6 days? Will I have to give up and start over later? Oh please help if you can. I am so heart broke...I don't want to lose the good hard work over this past 6 days, 9.2 this past week. Thank you for any help or advice.

    Antibiotics shouldn't mess you up, as far as the diet goes. But you'll want to introduce live yogurt early on in P3, to get the good bacteria back into your system.
