I did start on the 30th of November and I have lost 11 lbs so far, and I do have cravings but not too much hunger, I wont say no hunger but thats if I wait too long to eat. So far I am doing great with the diet.
I started on December 3rd. That was my first "load" and first injection day. I started ar 164.8 and am down to 156.0 today. I have CRAZY cravings!! I havn't figured out a specific way of dealing with them other than reminding myself over and over again that it will ALL be worth it in the end. 23-43 days is worth getting rid of the fat i've been carrying for 3 years!! I am very new to this forum and the protocol ... but Good Luck!!
I am planing on beginning this protocol this month (Christmas eve and Christmas Loading days). My question is this: How many days does it take for your body to adjust to the near starvation protocol? I do not do well with so few calories, but am going to do this anyway. Thanks for any and all ideas and words of encouragement. Jane :}
Just a few days, Jane...then it doesn't feel like near starvation at all. In fact, it really isn't since the hcg releases the fat in your body and 1500 or so calories go through your body with it. That's why you don't want to cheat and go over the 500 calories. With what you eat plus what the hcg puts through your body, you'd gain easily.
Jane, my daughter cant do low cal either. she is on this protocol and loving it. she hasnt had ANY problem with the amount of food. well, actually thats not correct, she complains and says its too MUCH! LOL and boy could she used to eat.
Hi, I started on Dec 1 also. Today, Sunday is day 11 ov vlcd. I am down 9 pounds total. I ate cottage cheese !% with raspberries (8) for lunch on Thursday and haven't lost since. Even up one pound until this morning. I lost 4 pounds the first day so only 5 pounds in 10 days. I guess that doesn't look too bad but like I said my wt. has stayed the same or went up over the last 5-6 days. I wonder if i will lose a few sometime soon. I feel extra hungry today and yesterday although the scale doesn't show it. I am trying not to be discouraged! yikes
