    I'm on day 16 of P2 and happy that I loss 10 lbs but not happy that 2 days ago I was down 10 lbs then with my gain yesterday and small loss today, I'm back to down 10 lbs!!! This diet is great, what other diet can I loose 10 lbs in 16 days? I'm thinking of doing an apple day. Has anyone stalled around day 8 thru 16 and "NOT" do an apple day and started loosing big again.

    I stalled out on day 11 for two days and then lost 1 lb then a little more than half a pound the next.

    No apple day.

    I stalled for about 3 days around day 10 and then started to lose again. In the 2 rounds I have done I have never done an apple day.

    I have never done an apple day. Too often I see people do that, lose a pound or two then stall or gain a bit back. It's just water weight. The losses will start up again by themselves without going through that. I've had stalls as long as 10 days. Stalls are just a part of the protocol. You're still losing fat but the body is holding onto extra water at times. :-(

    What would you call a stall? In 7 days I've only loss 1#. In the 7 days I've either gained or loss very little.

    I call it a stall when I've lost nothing. We all hit them though.

    Don't be discouraged with the no loses. It's your body getting used to the weight lose and it needs time for the inches to come off too. Whenever I have a day that I'm not losing the pounds I just say it's a sculpting day. On this diet you lose the inches way out of proportion to the pounds and it takes time for that to happen.

    I can't "see" my body changing but I don't have to lay down in bed to zip my jeans anymore, so I must be loosing inches - LOL

    I stalled 2-3 times on ph 2 and the Dr.'s office recommended not to eat cottage cheese (which was allowed).
    I also found eating sirloin steak helped me to lose more. Good luck.
