Just wondering what 2 veggies everyone is eating each day. I eat mostly cucumbers. On the days I'm not loosing much or gaining, I've had either cabbage or asparagus so I'm also wondering if those cause others to stall.

I only had asparagus once and that was in the asparagus soup, I accidentally used chicken broth that had sugar in it and had a 1.8lb jump. I was pretty sure it was the sugar in the chicken broth. I did seem to either not lose or even gain just a bit when I ate cabbage but I have heard that others loose just fine with it. I think it just depends on the person. Some people have a problem with tomatoes but I never have (thank goodness I love tomatoes)

Each person is different. I dont eat cabbage because it gives me a stomach ache, but I like celery steamed with my chicken.

I also like grilled onions, or spinach steamed and raw and tomatoes

I have had: chard, spinach, celery, cabbage, asparagus, fenne, romaine,l and tomato. It was hard to make the fennel taste nice, I think it needs oil.

The main things we eat are spinach, cabbage and asparagus. I have lost slowly? not for sure why, next round I might try to eat more celery an lettuce.

I eat mostly tomatoes but will have cucumbers, spinach, lettuce and grilled onions (onions only once in a while cuz they give me some pretty beastly smells! lol) oh and asparagus.

I ate mostly cucumbers, but also lots of radishes, tomatoes, onions and celery. Cabbage about twice. We had fennel once as soup, and we both got a bit sick, so never made it again. Neither of us liked the taste either.

Btw, there's a recipe for radish relish in the gourmet cookbook that makes them taste beautiful. Sort of sweet. I was surprised how lovely that recipe was.

My favorite is cabbage followed by celery. I've also had spinich, cucumber and tomato. I really love the "cabbage soup" made with Braggs liquid aminos, spices and bits of chicken or fish. None of them caused a stall for me.
