I stopped taking my thyroid when I started and changed over to iodine(supposed to help your body make it's own thyroid)

I also stopped taking birth control before starting.

My losses have been on the slower end of things. Kinda wish I didn't stop.

I will have it tested when sometime after I fifnish my round.

you're the only one I know who did that, varkie! I'm glad you spoke up. Did your dr recommend you stop or did you just decide to do it?

Well, My step father and husband are both naturopaths and we have been wanting to get my thyroid working on its own.

They just found this diet from another naturopath when they were at a conferance. I did all of the research and read Pounds and Inches.

I thought it would be a good idea to see if changing to the iodine while on protocal would help my body do its job?

    I guess we'll see when I'm done.

I loved being on the thyroid... I felt soo much better than before starting, and then when I started the hcg(without thyroid) I felt like a million bucks.

hmmmmm, wonder how I will feel off hcg?

Trust me, from experience, you do not want to quit taking your thyroid meds! Not a good thing, I promise!
