    does anyone know how much applesauce equals an apple? i have little single serving motts organic applesauce cups, they are 70 cals each. would i eat 1 to equal an apple? the only ingrediant is apples, no sugar.

    i just love the Mott's applesauce, I didn't eat those on P2 but would think one of those containers would be equivalent to 1 apple. Becareful, Mott's also have one with sweetners.

    i need to correct what i wrote, i thought they were motts but it the treetop brand, and its organic and i made sure all it says is apples and water. and they are only 50 cals each, but have 11 g sugar, i feel like if i ate more than one that would be too much. so i had one last night with lots of cinnamon in it :) delish! my boyfriend made a comment about how slow i was eating it, he doesnt understand that i have to savor it! lol
