    Can some one list out all the abbreviations and what they mean that everyone is using so frequently here?
    I think that P1 and R1 mean the first time on the diet but would like to be sure.

    Here are some of them:

    R1 = round 1
    D6 = day 6
    P1 = phase 1 - colon cleansing stage (not done by everyone)
    P2 = phase 2 - includes loading and VLCD days - days taking injections
    P3 = phase 3 - stabilization - 3 weeks of avoiding most carbs - emphasis on protein
    P4 = phase 4 - maintenance - adding more foods back - including carbs
    LIW = last injection weight
    VLCD = very low calorie diet
