    I'm sooooo anxious as I start loading for R2 on Saturday (going to New Orleans for the ultimate load) and I'm trying to have everything I can think of (in moderation of course) leading up to this load session Saturday because I know for the next 2 months it'll be somewhat limited. I am doing a short session this go around so that I can be off of maintenance in time for my birthday in February because I am going to Hawaii and I REFUSE to be Shamu! Any eating suggestions guys? I can eat and you can somewhat live vicariously thru me....LOL

    I was told to eat things like ribs and other fatty meats. Don't eat too many carbs.

    Carmellady, I'm loading Sat. too. I thought I was the only one crazy enough to do this over Christmas but I decided that I'd rather be losing wait then eating too much over the holidays. My biggest suggestion is to eat the things that you crave. That seems to help me mentally when I'm on P2. You do better if you load more fatty things and not so much the carb things but if you crave the carb things eat some of them too.

    Thanks guys. I know pretty much what to eat but I was looking for actual suggestions because for some reason all I keep thinking about is pizza and of course you know I'm going to be pissed when I get back into this and think of something I could have had and didn't....

    Tee, I think I will have some ribs....but I also plan to have some carbs since I pretty much won't be able to touch it for 2 months so I will be having dessert with every dinner this week....Lafitte restaurant has a 'mile high' ice cream pie that I think I'm going to HAVE to try....LOL

    Rocky, no you are not, I used Thanksgiving as my 'holiday'....Christmas I will be missing this year because it just didn't fit into my timeline for my needs....

    Oh good..I am new at this. I started last Wednesday,first load day, today is 3rd low cal. day. (First round of course). I have been reading all I could find on these forums. I am so happy to read someone else is starting, even though we are in middle of holidays.

    Glad to see there are a few of us. Ok Caramellady, loading suggestions. Pizza is good, chocolate cake, hamburger, french fries, eggnog (I'm having that for sure) mashed potatoes and gravy, meatloaf, homemade rolls, banana bread. Ok, I'm making myself hungry. Last time I was too full to eat Pizza and I craved it all of P2. Not making that mistake again. Oh yeah, donuts or better yet cream puffs!! I'll stop now :-)

    Mmmm, french fries....cream puffs....

    I can't wait to get to New Orleans....plan to have bread pudding, pralines, Brennans bananas foster...seafood, creole dishes with their heavy creams, gosh I can see myself gaining 5 lbs easily this go around....
