    fin---ish lol!

Normally. Your definition of normal has now been compromised! You must remember that!
I'm maybe 5-6 weeks into P4, and I've found that when I eat a variety of starches I gain. HOWEVER. A "high protein" day ALWAYS brings me back down. This morning I was .2 above LIW. I watch the scale every morning. It's a way of life now, and I'm fine with that. I had mug cake this morning, a little spaghetti, fried okra and peach cobbler (which was too sugary and made me feel yuk!) and some chicken poppers and fries tonight. I promise I'll be up tomorrow ;) BUT... there is always time for a good high protein day. Someone in this forum said before, they eat 80% GOOD, and 20% other... very good rule to live by! You'll find you don't want fried or sugary foods near as much. My plate at lunch was 70% full when I was finished. I'm good with that now! And this is coming from someone who ALWAYS cleaned her plate!

triunf, don't worry about your writing English. We appreciate your input and questions. And there are many, many Americans who can't spell correctly anyway. Myself included.

I have eaten ANYTHING I want the last 3 days and have stayed EXACTLY the same. Yesterday morning I actually had a Mexican pastry with my coffee (someone brought them to work) and 2 slices of pizza yesterday. I guess I don't really ever have sugar anymore (the pastry was an exception). It is amazing.

My husband finished up back in June! And he's doing just great. He's going to do another round with me when I finish up. He'd like to lose another 10-15 pounds and will probably do it on a short round, the rat. LOL
