ok ... cooked big for the family but ate my own food - 100 gm chicken and brussel sprouts - no bread or fruit then ... drank 4 oz cabernet, tasted pecan pie, tasted stuffing, tasted chocolate truffle ... ... aaaaaagggggggghhhhhhh I am almost finished with r2p2d20 - but it was not as much loss and I a had stall did apple day yesterday and that kicked it up a notch - lost 1.6 lb what do you think the scale will say tomorrow??????
....it will be what it will be.....and I am not trying to sound cliche about it. But beating yourself up over it won't help either. Let it go, step on the scale tomorrow, and go on. today is thanksgiving, a time to be thankful for all our blessings....my guess is you have many as we all do. Give yourself a break, focus on your blessings for today, then get on with it tomorrow. God bless. (((hugs)))
