    Has anyone used Pam cooking spray in any of the phases? Does it cause a gain??

    I used it sparingly and I don't think it did. I actually used organic olive oil spray I bought at Whole Foods. My protocol allwed me 1 Teaspoon of olive oil per day.

    i used pam, my clinic recommended it. the regular one with the red top. but use sparingly, just a quck shot in the pan. no gains here.

    I used it to spray my Foreman grill. Just a little bit. Don't use it to saute your veggies or anything and you should be just fine!

    I only used Pam butter and oil oil spray in P3, and didn't have any gains.
