    Hi I am so excited after reading all of your posts and the support I see on this discussion board, I have not yet received my HCG but Iam so looking forward to the weight loss I have around 50 lbs to lose and am sure with all of you and your post I will be able to do so. I must say you all seem to be so positive. Pam

    AIdele you luck too and I have the same concerns. 4 of my coworkers are going to start also but after me they ordered about 11 days after me I have waited 11 days now and no HCG yet but will be patient. Happy losing

    Make sure that you eat a lot(and I mean a lot on your load days) "ALL YOU CAN EAT FAT AND PROTIENS"

    If you are on the right dose of hcg you will not starve.

    I started mineon wednesday, so yesterday, was my first day of the real diet, not bad, today was harder, what with it being saturday. I did better when I stayed busy. Just be sure to use spices, I lost 4 pounds from yesterday til this morning. Hopefully tomorrow witll be just as good. Good Luck

    Linda, I got mine from organon I haven't received it yet but I was told coming form Europe where I do not know. I got 1500 IU 6 ampules and think I wll have to do 40 days. my load days I have purchased food already you all must know that I had a lapband put in in Mexico and the Doctor here in the U.S. the Doc in Mexico put up too high and my gosh If I get fills I cant even eat because it hurts so bad just drinking anything hurt but I have had the fills removed and am trying now the HCG so hopefully it will work My load days are going to be fun and will eat all the foods high in fat I can and thanks for the advice.

    Well I have had my second load day and I am miserable, I have eaten so much I want to explode. I don't really want to see food for awhile I had a hard time loading I really wasnt hungry, but did force myself. So will let you all know my weight after I weigh in. I weighed tonight and gained 5 lbs but will weigh in in the morning and get a true weight.

    Having a little tinge of a headache today P1 DAY 1VLCD actually not hungry but do have cravings and am drinking water like a trooper.
