    What about I"I cant believe its not butter spray" I have used a spray or two on my veggies with no gain...is this ok? There is nothing in it some synthetic type of thing (probably terrible for you...LOL) 0 fat, calorie, sugar, carbs...what do you guys think?

    I wouldn't, but that's because I got badly burned by a cheat. I'm just barely breaking through the weight gain and stall I got from a cheat, and my round is nearly over. I don't know enough about what's in it to say for sure.

    Posion I work for the company that makes it... you can leave it out for 6 weeks unrefrigerated Yum I think Not! might as well main line plastic! Did I mention how much I love my job?!? LOL

    i used it on my last two rounds for something different. I did however lose more on the first round i did when id idn't use it. just fyi. good luck!
