I thought we were just supposed to stay away from sugars and starches in P3? I'm not a milk drinker but good raw milk and good yougart are full of probiotics which our intestines need to be healthy. I guess supplements would work too.
We are supposed to stay away from sugars and starches and I think some have done okay adding those back in but I wasn't willing to try it. They are VERY high in carbs. Yogurt doesn't give me enough probiotics anyway. I take a very powerful supplement. Colleen
We have a dairy here that produces and sells raw milk and other dairy items that Jordan Rubin "Makers Diet" recommends as the best source for probiotics. Of course the government is doing everything in their power to shut them down. http://www.organicpastures.com/
I drink unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk for milk, and can eat Fage yogurt everyday with no problems. The fage has 20 grams of protein per cup and has nothing in it but skim milk and probiotics. Nice way to get your protein without having to cook some meat :)
