Odd.... what exactly is a Naturopath? I've heard of homeopathic doctors but I'm not familiar with Naturopath. Are there other deviations from the original protocol?

I wouldn't do milk or regular yogurt either, but I would do heavy cream and Greek yogurt. I plan on staying away from starch and sugars, of course, and counting my carbs. I'll probably stick to no more than 45 or 50 grams a day. I'm pretty good at maintaining my weight at that level.

I use Daisy sour cream because it doesn't have any additives. I have had no trouble whatsoever with it. One of my favorite P3 snacks is pork rinds dipped in sour cream. It might sound odd, but it's good. And, it sure is better than eating a bunch of potato chips.

I'm not a big milk drinker, and most yogurt has added sugar, so I tend to avoid those two things.
