    So I can up my drops if Im feeling hunger? WOW I had no idea. Ive only been taking about 10 drops three times a day. Thanks alot everyone.

    10 is NOT enough!! Most of us have to go up to 15 to 20 three x a day! If you do up your dose, let it work for a day or two before you judge its effectiveness. Oh, and you may need to order more drops so you don't run out. The company I first ordered from sent me a bttl for free because I almost ran out due to having to up my drops.

    Don't feel so bad Cad......Today is my 39th day on r1p2 and tomorrow is the last day for my drops. I haven't cheated not once in 39 days and then all of a sudden today my willpower would just not hold on and I ate an entire dove dark chocolate bar. Dark chocolate has always been my favorite. But, you know what, I didn't even like it because it was waaaay too sweet. This makes me feel good because now I know i will no longer crave those and now I have recipes that I can make my own chocolate with as much sweetness as I like. I don't regret my cheat one bit because I accepted it and I learned a lot about it. That makes me feel really really good!!!!!

    kathy! Why didn't you whip up the choc sauce and freeze it? It tastes similar to dark choc? Oh welll...

    Deb.........It was a RIGHT NOW!!! kinda a thing and the candy bar was handy. In fact I didn't even think about the chocolate sauce (I'm not on phase 3 yet) and would have had to go to the store...........I could have been strong since I have been strong for 39 days.......but for some reason I did it anyway.....I didn't taste as good as I remember........it was too sweet. I never thought it was too sweet before hcg..........

    i know. The cheats never taste as good in "real life" as they do in the pre cheat dreams! lol

    I'm also glad i'm not alone, lol. And cadwell, i've read some humdingers of cheats on here, lol. I'm friends with a hypnotherapist. She says when stuff like that happens, you are possessed by a trance. Life is a series of trance states, and some of them are harmful to us, and plenty powerful! The trick is learning how to manipulate your trance states.

    cadwell- if you're truly hungry, the best plan is veggies- because they're low in calories. if that doesn't do it, then eat more lean protein. peanut butter is very high in fat and your body is extremely sensitive to fat while on hcg, so you're likely to gain with that (and unlikely with a few extra veggies or bites of meat)- plus i've also read that peanuts are technically legumes, so they're starch.

    Linda Prinster says that when you add drops .....add one drop per dosing ....wait a day to see if that is enough....if not repeat that process. I went to 35 drops 3x daily. There were a few days where I was hungry and ate extra veggies or a little extra protein...especially if I had a session with my trainer. ( We did stuff similar to yoga. )
    I usually increased by 25 cooked grams of protein. You should not be this hungry. When the wooden chairs start looking like food.....time to up the dose.
    So.....no need to beat yourself with a celery stick. You can recover.
