    CONGRATS!!!! Im on day 9. Im down 15 pounds, but still have a way to go. BUT LOVE THE DIET.

    I want to get down to 115. That is my normal weight prior to having my hysterectomy at age 30. I have a very small frame, 5'2". Never been heavy til' after that surgury- I'm so glad I found this diet!
