    My sister is on P2 and love the Yogi Tea brand Chai Black tea. I noticed that the last 4 ingredients are Natural cinnamon oil, black pepper, natural ginger oil and natural cardamom oil. Of course she doesn't add anything to the tea but lemon and stevia. It hasn't stalled her yet..any thoughts?

    We're not supposed to use spices that have added oils or sugars so I wouldn't drink it. Just because there isn't a stall doesn't mean it hasn't effected losses or what would have been. On the other hand it's probably a pretty minute amount. I guess it's a personal judgement call and choice.
