I lost 45# prior to hhcg, gained back 15# and thankfully found hhcg before ALL the damage was done. So started hhcg at 203 & lost 25# first round of 37 days. Am now on 11th day of P3 and will start R2 either right after TG or after Xmas...haven't decided yet. Goal is 130#, but right now would be happy to get to 150 for a short term goal!

I have done one round so far and i started at 207 and lost 24.5lbs on the 23 days. I did the injections.
I would like to be back down to my size 8-10 (140lbs) I know i will need to do a couple more rounds or so.
I am in my second week of P3 and getting to grips with it now and enjoying my food much more.
I am very pleased with what I have lost and look forward to doing my next round soon.

    Nats :)

    Start weight (after loading): 178.8
How many #'s needed to lose to meet goal? 43.8
    Length of round? 23 days
How many #'s you lost? 17.6
    End weight: 161.2

Next round in January, will do a long 40-day round with hopes of losing as close to the remaining 26.2 lbs as I can get. If I lose <= 20 lbs on R2 then I may go a 3rd short round.

I started at 313 and my goal is 140ish.
    I started R1 (38 days) on July 27 and I lost 29.6 pounds and 26 inches.
I just finished R2 (26 days) and although I had gained back 10 pounds (long story) I lost 17.4 and another 24.5 inches!
I will begin R3 (another short round) on Jan. 2 or 3.
I could not be happier with my results so far and know that I will FINALLY reach my goal of not being the fat girl in the room!

These are some really great and interesting results. The more you must lose the more you drop, the body knows and responds to the HCG,

I am so thrilled to have found this or should I say to try it.

nita- although those with a lot to lose might lose a little more per round, i've also seen gals with only 30-40# to lose drop the same amount of weight. these are the things i've noticed more: you lose less if you're older, female, have a higher percentage of body fat to start with (i know that doesn't make sense, but that's what i've seen- which also explains why guys lose better), have a hx of being on thyroid meds or pain meds, are less active in daily activities. i think age and gender are probably the biggest factors.

i have a chronic illness and am quite inactive. lost 13# before i started hcg . have lost an additional 77# doing one long round and 4 short ones. i'm about 25# from my goal weight.

When this is all over I want so badly to be able to recomend this diet to my clients.I have a few that try so hard over and over and struggle for the permanent loss. I really appreciate the input mgsondance. What you said actually makes a lot of sense. We all know the body is not quick to release stored fat. IE longer stored (age) and more of it stored,(Body fat percentage) will result in a longer release time.

I went out last night and saw friends I hadn't seen in ten days. The reactions were extreme " where did you go?" It felt so good. I am currently, 12# from my lowest all time goal weight. I have been an eight for years, could never get to a six, and I see it in the future.
    WOOOOHOOOO!

I can echo what mgs said, Nita. I was 30 lbs away from a good weight--under 29.4 BMI, but had it all my life. In my sixties I found this progarm and it has surpassed my greatest expectations. I did not lose as fast as some, but I am four lbs from goal after two rounds and, best of all, in between I did not have my usual cravings for sweets that I've had all my long life.
