    I've noticed that the experience of P4 is sorely lacking on this forum. So I have a proposition to make.
    Would everyone who is on their last round or their only round agree to stick around for comments, questions, advice, pitfalls, etc. while on p4? I know most will get bored with the problems and concerns of those still struggling with p2 and p3 (been there , done that), but for the sake of those who are in p3 and p4 could you at least check in every now and then, maybe 2 to 3 times a week, to offer help? I know I would appreciate everyone's comments about life after hcg, and how it's treating you.

    Colleen -- is this your last round? How many rounds have you done?

    I am on my very first round, but I love the help all of these ladies have given to us so far! They are the best!!

    Thank you!! i have done 2 rounds, have been in p4 since august. i plan one last short round for january for the last 7 to 8 vanity pounds, and to give myself more of a cushion. Round 1 was 9 weeks (don't recommend that), did 6 weeks of p3, then round 2 was 4 weeks in length. I have stabilized at 3 lbs above my LIW, which I am OK with.

    Yes, I'm sorry Barb and you've been very helpful, but you're the only one. We need more experiences of p4.

    This is my 3rd round, Erecca. I'll do my final round in January but I'll still be sticking around when I'm done. I'm such a mom. :-)
