When I was in P2, someone suggested that it may be better to wt until at least 11 am to eat anything. I started doing that. Eating an apple for me seemed to get my appetite going. It was much harder for me to make it to lunch that way. I just drank 2-3 cups of herbal tea and 1 cup of coffee and lots of water..After I started waiting until after 11 to eat anything, I felt much better..
Oops...I did mean 6:30-7 AM is when I do my injections. I may experiment with an apple and how that works or just stick it out for the next two weeks and think positive. I love the results so I'm determined to keep going strong!
mornings for me weren't good either i had an apple 2x daily my weight dropped extra on days with 2 apples besides if i was really tempted to cheat i would just have an extra fruit (sometimes forced myself) this was better for me than cheating on something really bad right =/
Here is what I did..... I also injected @ 630 am I drank PLENTY Of tea until 10 or 11 At 11am I ate my lunch veggie at 12pm I ate my protein at 2 pm I ate an apple at 4pm I ate breadstick at 7pm I ate dinner Veggie/and protein at 8pm I ate apple....
I suppose you could divide your apple into a 9am half and a 2 pm half. I was NEVER hungry all of P2
Mornings were my worst time at first, too. I also cut my apple into small slices and take my time eating it along with my morning coffee. The other thing I find that works for me is just to get busy, busy, busy. Do my house work or get involved in a really good book. The forum can actually be a good way to fill the time, especially with all the help. Just push through and keep on keeping on. You will not believe how well this works!!
