    Linkan...i saw your meatball and tomato sauce recipe and want to try it but...why do you hate to tell people to use salt on this diet? its allowed. i use Sea Salt on everything i cook or on my tomatoes etc. besides the tiny portions i could not possibly add Bland to the list so im a litle worried about your comment on no salt? i thought we could have it?

    sure, we can have salt! I use sea salt, all I want.
