I am also staring p3 at the end of the week. Thanks so much for all of your insights. Mgsondance may I also get a copy of your files? Good luck to you all and thanks so much for being here. Maybe on my next round I will have learned something and can offer some good advice to the newbies. Thanks to you all :-)

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! I'm really hungry this week and am ready to be on P3. If I could just lose a couple more pounds first!! I think my hcg has lost some potency and that is why I'm hungry. I cannot wait to have nuts, cheese and some fats!

I'm still "traumatized" by my nausea the first few days of P3. I just wasn't used to fat and more food and my first few meals sat on my stomach like lead! I wouldn't worry about overeating on P3 (at least not for the first few days). Stay close to the potty..: ) I'm eating just fine now, but be warned that your body is not used to that stuff and although you may be mentally ready (I sure was!) your body may need time to catch up. .after I whined about how I felt on P3 on the forums, everyone encouraged me and said that most people have this problem right at first..

Carol I am with you....I start P3 on Friday after my last injection was today. I went shopping today at Trader Joes and Costco for yummy proteins and veggies. I am really nervous as well, but after hearing all this great feedback, a little less so.

Do have one question....can we have olives in P3??

Can we have tofu on p3? I am starting my p3 this Saturday, so I am worry as much as everone else. So p3 is pretty much everything but sugar and starch, right?

I'm going to miss how cheap it is to shop for groceries when we're both on P2. I went last weekend and bought enough food to last us through the end of P2 and it cost me $35 for the week.

I don't supposed we could just stay on P2 forever.....

    Talking about tofu:
I looked up the nutritional info on it and it looks ok even though soy is a legume, I'd say yes. Just don't overdo it. Usually it's paired with soy sauce, which is salty, so that's what might make you gain.
