    Thanks! It's good to have the encouragement. I think I'm going to go to the gym today and do 30 min on elipitical. They say not to exercise but it's going to be better for my mental health, lol.

    Anyone else excercise a bit? I've got membership at a gym with a pool, so I was contemplating swimming when the weather is warmer. (I live in AZ, ha ha, warmer weather...tsk to me.)

    hey all I'm back from my weekend in Phx EllissTron your release looks pretty good and it's normal to slow down a bit on the 2nd bottle so hang in there I did ok over the weekend... today was 141.2

    I have excercised throughout the entire time I've been doing this. I have no idea why they would tell you not to excercise - If only for mental health as you said. Also, when you think you're losing slowly, just think about the fact that there is no way, on any other diet, you would lse that much weight in such a short period of time. Just because you have been told that you lose .5 - 2lbs a day doesn't mean a) that weight comes off every day and b) that you are going to lose 2lbs a day. Men lose more quickly and women average .5 a day. I have lost an average of between .35 and .4 a day which is much slower than you but, I have lost about 52 inches overall (and as of last week 50lbs).....So, even though it has taken me longer, the inches and overall look I have is great. So, 21lbs in 36 days is amazing. Again, when have you ever lost fat that quickly...

    Today I was only down .2 and I think I know why.

    My theory is that my body has a hair trigger on the starvation mode and I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday. I skipped my 2nd fruit and some veggies at lunch because I wasn't feeling very good. I am going to make sure that I eat enough today and see if that resolves things - I didn't lose one other day and I had skipped a whole meal that day (by accident - not being hungry can really foul me up when I am busy). My problem with skipping meals even before HCG had a lot to do with messing up my metabolism I think. I am going to really need to work on taking care of myself and not pushing so hard.

    Now for the good news! I am wearing my 10s today that were a bit snug before (my 12s were much more comfortable) and they are loose!!!! In the thighs of all places!!!! I can totally see a difference too. This is very exciting for me :) Size 6 - I am on my way!

    Hi all,
    well i'm up again.....freakin' 144!!! you will be the bain of my existance!!!!
    ok rant over
    however, my pants are a lot looser than on friday!
    i'm also wearing my 10s and they look kinda stupid on my back, i'm gonna head over to Target and try an 8, i think it's a little premature, but, even if they are tight but do close, i will get a pair, so i can compair how they fit through out the days, it's more difficult to do that with a pair that is already kinda loose.
    so, even though i'm back to 144, inches have been shed people, and i couldn't be happier, well, that is a total lie, of course i would be happier if Both, inches and pounds were lost, but hey, I'll take what i can get.

    Also, started Yoga on sunday, need to tight up muscles!

    Sunlover I know what your saying it;s amazing to release inches even with a lb or 2 gain don't worry to much it was probably the yoga but it will all adjust in the end....just stay on protocol....

    I was up 1 lb today but thats ok was either not an accurate weight in yestersday or the fact I didn't get alot of sleep

    SunLover - are you eating anything outside of the allowed food on the protocol? Or spices that may have sugar or fat etc?? Something you may not be aware of? I have never put on weight due to excercise. In fact, recently, my clothing is bigger on me the day after I work out. It's kind of amazing. I 'm just wondering if there is anything you are eating that might be in your way.

    Or, it's possible that you may be in for a big loss. Like I said in an earlier post, if you didn't way yourself everyday, you would probably think that you have lost weight because you have lost inches - and you would be happy, not frustrated. You could also be holding onto water. For every pound of fat we lose, we need to get rid of 2 lbs of water weight. The fact that you have lost inches means that there is a fat loss, and that it will show up on the scale eventually.

    dgg - 2 lbs of water weight for each pound? Unbelievable!

    SunLover- youre gonna love the yoga. I've been a lazy bum when it comes to my yoga practice but you've inspired me to go tonight.

    Is everyone on this board from AZ? I've been reading back and it seems like everyone is in Arizona. I lived in Tucson once apon a time - does that count?

    dgg - no, i don't eat anyting outside of protocol, and after my second week on it, i have been extra careful with all ingredients, and when in doubt i've asked here in the board, so that really can't be it
    Could you explain a little bit more about the 1 lb fat+2 lbs water? do you mean that every time we lose 1 lb of fat, it takes another 2 lbs of water to get rid of the fat cells? i would really like to learn as much as i can about the whole releasing process, so all knowledge would be appreciated

    the last couple of days i've been more tempted to cheat, i just got my B-12 shot, hopefully that will help with that. and when i mean cheat i just mean, thought that having a bite of something not on protocol would be nice, but that is as far as it has gotten

    i'm down .6 again, now at 143.4, but, and this i'm happy to announce, I'm wearing size 8's!!!!! i expected them to close but to be very tight, however, they fit really good!
    what i think is that i'm retaiing the weight but losing inches because i'm losing fat but building some muscle, so as we all know, the muscle will weight more, but have less volume.
    i just love how my legs look in this new pants, i'm really excited!!!

    Beeliret - i live in Phoenix, 3 years now, but lived in tucson prior to that for almost 10 years, where are you know?
