    I hardly post anymore because I'm on my 5th round and stopped weighing myself a couple of months ago because it was torture for me. Which is why I'm writing. Here's the deal - and of course this is just how I've done this but, if you know you're getting your period, I would strongly recommend not weighing yourself whenever you start retaining water and through your period. All that does is make you feel bad. At least it did for me. When I was still weighing myself, I knew that, during that time, I needed to stay away from the scale.

    Since you have only done this for 23 days, you may not know yet how well the Releana really works and that you should really go by the way your clothing fits you and by the inches lost. Unless you cheat, you are going to continue to lose weight. I don't think the oil on the fish would cause you to gain weight. It's you're period. And taking food away is not a good idea (sorry Releasing I don't agree based on my experience) and, for me apple days never worked. And you drink plenty of water.

    I lose much more slowly than anyone on this site and have never cheated, and average a 10lb loss every month. However, I went from a 44" waist to a 30" waiste - size 16 (because of my waist) to a 4 -6 so far. I am only 5 ft 4.5" and was 186.5lbs and I will know for sure tomorrow when I go to the Dr but, am probably now 135 (since I average a 10lb loss a month. I have also been working out during the entire protocol, which has helped me quite a bit with the toning.

    Anway, my point really is that we all know that we retain water at various times of the month - we retain water even from stress so, maybe just pay attention to how your body looks and changes with the loss. My body is even a different shape now - my hips are less round - so, I can't say enough good about this product. So I wouldn't worry if I were you. :-)

    Sunlover are you taking the Midol for cramping or for water gain? is it TOM? if that is the case them true an apple day will not work as well...get back so we know what's happening...also not a good idea to not weigh in every day.... things can get out of control very quickly......I travel with my scale....

    dgg there are people who have used apple days and they do work for them but it depends on the reason our clinic does recommend them....

    well, nite all..... was at fun get together for the Oscars tonight..... but have to work in the morning better get some shut eye....catch ya all then....

    ps the rain today hit again and now they are say more over the next few days what happened to my sun shiney AZ.....

    Releasing - about not weighing yourself every day - things don't get out of control if you follow the protocol exactly how it is supposed to be. If you stray and need to know that it has poor outcomes or if you don't stray but need the constant reinforcement in order to stay on it, then, yes, you might want to way yourself often but, other than that, what my Dr recommended has worked for me and a number of his patients - about not weighing yourself every day.

    I can see were the confusion about the Midol originated.
    No, it is not TOM, pretty sure about that. I took the Midol for the water retention (as it has a diuretic) and for the muscle pain after the hike (as if has a pain killer)

    So i did skip a fruit yesterday, and had my 3lts of water. Today i was back to 145.6, which puts me back to my weight from Friday.
    So no losses over the whole weekend, both in weight and in inches. Oh well, i guess my body is adjusting, i did release almost 13 lbs from preload weight, which is definetely good.
    I have my doc appointment tomorrow, and will be my last day on the drops, so I'm hoping for 144 ish? which would put me 2 lbs heavier than the thiner I've been in the last 7 years. which in my book is great news!

    Still raining here in Phoenix, I do miss our sunny AZ. I wanted to have a tan before going to Peru in April, but with this weather, doesn't seem like it is going to happen

    Sunlover your doing great I figured to say something about TOM if you thought that was the problem, it's interesting how we can retain water when we exercise just a bit more than normal.... Desertgirl is into her 2nd or 3rd week on P3 and doing well she post on the other site also lives in Phx

    I did an apple sort of day yesterday 3 apples and a bag of organic apple chips barely apples from Costco the day beforte i was at a party had some wine and wanted to help release the water did good today back to the protien and vegeys

    I hear we have just a few days left of this rainey stuff then into the seventies over the weekend I hope so I'll be in Phx for a few days I wish we could all get together let me know what you think.... I'll check with those on the other site as well


    SO ANYONE IN PHX WHO WOULD LIKE TO GET TOGETHER FOR TEA COFFEE OR A SHORT WALK AT DREAMY DRAW OFF NORTHERN AND THE 51 AND i DO MEAN SHORT WALK... LET ME KNOW.... WILL BE THERE TIL MONDAY MORNING

    Well, down .5 lbs which puts me at 145.1.....grrrr, it feels like i'm stuck at the 145's, but well, its another half pound gone, right?

    Releasing, how long does your Releana bottle last? They told me at the clinic that it should last 28 days ( i asked twice) and today would be day 28, however it seems like I have a couple extra days of supply.

    I'm not sure if i wil be staying in town this weekend, but will let you know. It would be nice to meet you, and a walk sounds nice, even though I'm still recouping after my hike to Pinncle Peak on saturday, hehe. I do need to start tightening up. My butt seems like it is hanging closer to my knees each day

    Well, I have my docs appt this pm, I'm excited to see how much fat I've lost, and how much muscle I retained (was there any to begin with?, i wonder) Will let you guys know how it goes

    Hi Everyone.

    I just started Releana on the 6th - today is day 2 of the diet.

    I am 30 years old and I have 20 lbs to lose! One down already - 19 to go ;) I live in orange co california.

    Last night was my first night on the diet and I have to tell you I wasn't hungry but I was having serious sugar cravings. It was awful! Does that ever go away?

    Maybe it sounds silly - but I feel the same way about sugar as I did about cigarettes when I quit those a few years back. Interesting...

    Welcome Beeliret, glad you found us yes they do go away most of it is mental cravings in the beginning be strong you may have a bit of hunger in the beginning but it goes away after a day or 2... read through the posts here and that will help as well...

    I work in the grocery business and in the first few days would smell food and think I was hungry but then stopped to realize I wasn;t

    well, yesterday went to my clinic, and after discussing my options regarding the diet and my trip, i've decided to just continue with the protocol till about 3 days prior to leaving, and during myu trip try to stick to P3 as possible.
    I know I will have some starches also, but at the same time, the food over there is more healthy than in here. Animals are not injected with all the hormones they are in here, and i will be doing a lot of walking, so I do expect i will gain some pounds back, but hopefully not that much.
    This way i save myself about 2 months on the protocol, and will also release more pounds before going back home, hopefully another 10lbs? i'm dying to get into a size 6
    is any of you doing some exercise to start toning some? i was wandering if maybe i could start doing some yoga, i would like to tone my legs and butt, not a pretty sight, let me tell you!
    Also, another .4 released, finally our of the 145's, so close to the 130's i can almost taste it!

    I weighed myself this morning - down 2 lbs!! This can't be fat! Water weight? Either way it makes me feel like I am making progress.

    Hunger is better today than yesterday so this is a good trend.

    Sunlover - My doc said I could continue with my yoga practice while I was on releana but to avoid vinyasa yoga (the fast paced sweaty yoga) until I was done. Yoga is soooo good for you and not just with toning.

    Releasing - Im glad I found you guys too! I've been reading the thread on and off for a couple of weeks. Seems like everytime I google a releana question I end up here. You guys really have a lot of info and seem to help eachother out a lot. I think that having a place to go for questions will be super helpful and a big part of me sticking to the plan. I can't tell you how much reading this board has helped me already. Thanks :)
