I was wondering what happened to other people here on the forum after a big cheat. Specifically at least three days after. I also wanted to know if you got back on the wagon what your overall results were? Thanks Emily
I ate a LOT of graham crackers last friday. I gained .2 on Saturday and then nothing on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday the losses resumed. So not worth it!!!
Trying... According to my book by Linda Prinster...usually a single indiscretion...results in 3 days of no results. From lots of hours reading the forum here...that seems to be the common consensus. But there are also stalls that are normal. So...just hop back on the vcld wagon. Even if you do everything perfect....you still can have stalls for several days due to a ridiculous amount of reasons. And don't count it as waste...just getting your body acclimated back to it's current job. If your average is around half a pound a day or more...you're right on track.
I am not sad about the cheat at all. In fact I enjoyed it and do not regret it one bit. I was soooo hungry I just decided if I gain I will live with it and if I don't lose again that's ok too because I was THAT hungry. I tried to cheat "good" but then at the very end I had a brownie with chocolate frosting and m & M's. I feel satisfied and happy to not be starving!
I wonder if I am at an immunity even though I am only on day 12 of Round 3ish (long story) I only took 3 weeks off between R2 and R3. R2 was 23 days long and that was my plan for R3 too 23 days. But now I am wondering if I should stop now do my 3 days of VLCD and then restart in new year.
Yeah I am thinking that too, I cheated last night and I feel great today, I gained 1 pound but I don't care I have zero hunger. I cheated on things I could eat on protocol except a brownie 2(which was probably the gain) but I feel like I can keep going now. I am going to see what happens be a guinea pig of sorts maybe my weight loss will improve maybe not that 1lb gain was all I lost anyway in 12 days so I feel like I am in maintenance and not weight loss anyway. I have thyroid issues but have never had to take meds since partial removal 14 years ago. I plan on posting on this thread daily my "feelings" and successes. hopefully we'll figure something out.
