    You can make your own popcicles by putting fresh or frozen fruit in the blender, add a little water, and 1 packet of Stevia or SweetNLow Blend until smooth or leave some chunks. Freeze in popcicle molds.

    I have been making the strawberry ones during P2!!!

    Another really good low carb recipe site is http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ I used it a lot when I did Atkins time and time again. Hope this helps.
